Meltdown comes from the sense of overwhelm that sometimes comes from feeling unable to handle a particular challenge ourselves without the aid of others.
In this video I explain why our mind creates an emotional outcry in these situations and why we shouldn't be hard on ourself if it happens against our will.
I also go into some simple steps you can take to minimise the effects of overwhelm and get control of your own emotional responses.
