Simon decided to become a control practitioner after continually hearing about people’s emotional health struggles. Simon says, it seemed every day that I was hearing about someone struggling with their emotional wellbeing and I felt compelled to find a way to help people overcome their issues and lead happier and more fulfilled lives.
It was then that I discovered ‘The Control System’ and knew straight away that this was the way forward. It does exactly what it says. It enables people to take control of their thoughts and challenge the beliefs that are stopping them from leading happy lives. It helps with a wide range of issues including stress, anxiety, phobias, low self-esteem, over thinking, smoking, and many more.
Simon has a wealth of life skills and experiences which manifest itself in his
kind empathetic manner, He is a good listener and has a demeanor which
puts his clients at ease straight away. In his leisure time Simon helps his own mental wellbeing by early morning walks, gym work and yoga classes (don’t worry, these are not mandatory) He works predominantly online which means the client can enjoy the sessions in the comfort of their own home and surroundings.
I have struggled with anxiety since childhood, but my first session with Simon brought a noticeable shift. By the time I reached my final session, I truly felt like a different person. The constant chaos in my mind had quietened, and for the first time, I felt at peace. Simon helped me get right to the root of my problems in a way I hadn’t experienced before.
