One surprisingly-upright Antarctic trip later, she trained as a hypnotherapist in 2015, and found her vocation. Pat specialises in helping people with pain, trauma, anxiety, phobias, or unwanted habits like smoking, to make the change they want. As long as there’s a clear positive goal, and a real desire to change, hypnosis can achieve very good results.
As a hypnotherapist and CONTROL Practitioner, Pat has a choice of highly-effective methods to help you achieve change. Hypnotherapy uses trance: CONTROL is interactive hypnosis, with the client remaining awake, aware - and fascinated - throughout. Increasingly, her method of choice is CONTROL because it’s simple, straightforward, and works wonderfully.
Thank you so much for all your help these past couple of months. I have had such a positive experience with you and am so grateful for all you have done, I really feel a change in myself.
My sessions with Pat have been very constructive. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
She has enabled me to shift my perspective and move beyond repeated, negative patterns of thought.
Pat is kind, calm, and adept at making you feel fully at ease and uninhibited.
Thank you for your help. It has been a very interesting process and sparked lots of connections. It must be exciting to work with people in this way. I keep getting glimpses of a new way of being that is new, colourful and connected. It sort of encompasses working in a less structured way, being able to work from different places, writing, relaxation, reading, making connections - but basically flowing and technicolour - organic. I was very struck listening to Saturday Live how usually actors had developed different careers in times when the acting dried up, necessity being the mother of invention. In some ways, I feel that is what is occurring to me. You are part of that process and happening - thank you.
